1. Definitions

• "Content" means all text, reports, publications, images, graphics, logos and other material on the Website.
• "Privacy Policy" means ICBA's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• "You" means any individual or organisation that accesses the Website.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse, read and share the Website for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or its data, or disrupt its operation.
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.
• Use automated means to collect Content or personal data from the Website at a scale that burdens it.

3. Intellectual property

The Content is owned by ICBA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote or share insights and publications for non-commercial purposes, provided you credit ICBA and link to the source page.

Member and partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear with their permission. They may not be reused without that owner's consent.

4. Information only

Content on the Website, including insights, reports and briefings, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, investment or technical advice, and it does not constitute an offer or recommendation to buy or sell carbon credits or any other instrument.

We aim to keep the Content accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Views expressed by authors are their own and do not necessarily reflect the position of ICBA or its members.

5. Membership and events

Submitting a membership enquiry does not create a membership. Membership is subject to ICBA's approval and to separate terms agreed with each member. Registration for the Indonesia Carbon & Biodiversity Summit and other events may be handled on separate websites under their own terms.

6. Third-party links

The Website links to websites we do not control, such as the ICBS summit website and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ICBA is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Website or its Content, or from the Website being unavailable.

8. Personal data

Any personal data you give us through the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved amicably, failing which it will be submitted to the competent courts of Indonesia.
